Bigfoot Mimicry At Troublesome Creek
Fred from the Subarctic Alaska Sasquatch YouTube channel is back with two more amazing encounter stories from the Alaska wilderness—both involving strange behavior, vocal mimicry, thrown objects, and creatures that seemed to know exactly how to keep their witnesses off balance.
The first account takes us to Troublesome Creek near the Susitna River, where Jenna and Mark began hearing something in the brush perfectly imitate Jenna’s laugh and Mark saying, “Stop that.” Mark soon caught sight of a broad, hunched, gray-white-haired humanoid moving through the trees and repeating Jenna’s giggle.
Then things escalated. Jenna spotted three smaller figures racing past them. A stick came flying from the brush, prompting her to fire her handgun, and the couple made a desperate retreat across the creek. As they tried to get away, Mark was struck squarely in the chest by a precisely thrown rock. Moments later, a powerful siren-like scream rolled through the valley.
Fred also shares the story of Rick, who traveled into the backcountry north of Tanana in late August to scatter his mother’s ashes. What began as a deeply personal trip turned frightening when something appeared to smother his campfire, watched him from behind a tree, and began tossing pinecones into the flames.
As the encounter continued, Rick became convinced that something was manipulating his route through the wilderness. After firing warning shots, he abandoned the trip and retreated to his pickup point, where he spent a long night listening to disturbing sounds in the darkness before catching an early flight out.
Two remote Alaska encounters. Two witnesses pushed to the breaking point. And two more stories suggesting that whatever people are encountering in the wilderness may be far more intelligent—and unpredictable—than expected.
